This place is a drug haven that's popular with the local riff raff. Police and the owner are aware that Rolland, Otis, Cody, T, and a number of other individuals are cocaine dealers who operate out of this establishment. Dante and his wife deal heroin out of this establishment and the owner allows it. A lady named LuLu gets drunk and takes pills and asks random females if they are pregnant, in a bar. She's unbelievably rude. This is the regular clientele. They've tried to sell the bar and can't. 5 offers fell through because the people buying it found out about the craziness. Furthermore, they have terrible karaoke, carpets that smell like vomit and urine, rude staff, and overpriced drinks. Plenty of other great options available. Furthermore, the crowd came from another bar that closed down called Chit Chats where the husband owner shot his wife. Don't get involved in this mess.
