DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My wife had a title loan through these guys and I must say it was pretty easy. Expensive yes but that is the price to pay to get a loan “today”. She paid it off earlier this month in cash and almost 10 months early. When we called about the title we were told it was lost and a new paper title was ordered because of problems with the electronic title. A few days later an electron title appeared on line with a lien placed 12/18/2012 which is AFTER THE DATE THE LOAN WAS PAID OFF. AFTER THE DATE!!!!! What nonsense is that? This company has not released the lien and for some reason lies about where the title is. Vince told my wife he was doing her a favor for even trying to get the lien released because he has 30 days to do so. The DMV for the State of Florida says there is no excuse for keeping the lien in place. I would like an attorney to respond and say how we can sue them for damages. I am going to start a petition to get enough signatures to at least make it difficult for this company to do business in this manner and to write a review at every website possible so everyone can know the practices of this company. All of this could have been avoided if they simply satisfied the lien, heck we may have even gone back in the future. Now I will never do business with them again and furthermore, anyone that will listen to me will hear the problems we are having with Rapid Auto Loans. I AM SORRY TO SAY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. ON 1/1/13, NEW YEARS DAY the lien was finally removed.
