WORST - dealership to deal with. NEVER - NEVER use them.
Do not trust the service department.
The simple fact is they were supposed to advise me if my cam phasers (which are under the valve covers) were bad. The service Manager Kevin said it would be 8 hours, then I drove up there and spoke to the mechanic and they reduce it to 4 hours. I agreed. After a week I called kevin and he said the mechanic was in school all week and he would get to it next week. his excuse was mechanic was in school all week! ya OK.
So the next week he called and said the mechanic said the cam phaser studs/pins are broken and the cam bearings are worn out. ... I took his word for it, and he said he would only charge me $200 instead of 4 hours. I sad thanks and have bought a new truck. (not from them)
Well I sold the truck for scrap and I figured I would open the hood and see how bad the damage was. Well Guess what-
THEY NEVER TOUCHED THE TRUCK. The did not remove one single bolt or nut. DONT TRUST THEM!

i bought a used truck at Pompano Ford Lincoln. love my Ford. i brought it in for my free service check-up. upon getting the vehicle back i noticed the rims on my truck were not mine. they were all oxidized. on Complaint i was told it was impossible that my rims were switched out for different ones. these people are not trust worthy, do not go to them to purchase or fix a vehicle.
