Provided by YP.comStay away! Do not purchase from the Festival Flea Market store. The owners do not honor the Minnetonka warranty and their moccasins are defective. I ended up dealing with the Minnetonka factory in Minnesota who gladly replaced the defective shoes purchased from the Moccasin Depot. The store owners at Pompano Moccasin Depot are stubborn and unreasonable. They would rather hold on to their $35 and suffer a bad reputation than admit the shoes were faulty and make an exchange. If I were Minnetonka corporation, I would not want these awful people representing my good product.
We are an Authorized Minnetonka Retailer and Internet Dealer. We Have been selling Minnetonka Moccasins for 20 Years in the same location and have built a great, long-lasting clientele that appreciates our customer service. Also, please note that we do honor Manufacturer's Warranty , as we are one of their largest retailers.
