Working with Renee was a terrible & stressful experience. I wish I looked further into her reviews before purchasing these napkins as many people have been disappointed with her work, professionalism and communication. Do NOT work with this vendor, many other honest vendors do amazing work. Prior to purchasing the fun fact napkins I messaged Renee to ensure my vision could be completed. She responded, “no problem!” Once I purchased her tone changed. She was unhappy with the amount of work it would take to render the proofs (when she specifically said she does 3 proofs for free). In the end she felt I made too many edits (3!), so she decided to cancel my order instead of giving me a call to discuss the design or asking me to pay per proof. I am a bride getting married in a few weeks & the amount of stress this adds is tremendous. I have worked with so many wonderful vendors who were accommodating and respectful and was shocked to work with a vendor with such unprofessionalism. Renee not only canceled the order but she made sure to insult me during the process.
