This place was amazing!! After spending 5 HOURS dealing with other dealerships and one nightmare after another my husband and I decided on our way home after the third fiasco to give it one last try before we ended our search for the day. I was completely put off by my previous experience and was ready to throw in the towel but I'm so happy I didn't! We walked in and spoke to Michael and explained our day and what had happened. He was great! He sat with us and went through all our options on the lot and what could be shipped to their location. Within 40 minutes I had a car picked out to be transferred to our location and approved for a loan. I will never buy another car from anywhere else ever again. Such a great experience after such a terrible day. My husband and I have no regrets and no buyers remorse. I went from crying in the car on to very happy knowing that I was finally getting the car I wanted, at a fair price with a 60 month warranty. I would recommend for everyone to go and at the very least speak to a rep there about buying your car, you won't be disappointed!

I went to Carmax to get an offer on my 2004 Lexus RX330. It was painless and took approx 20 mins. The people were nice and I just walked around and looked at cars while they appraised my car.

They offered me the straight down the middle of average in KBB trade in value.

My car has a perfect Carfax, Florida car, no accidents, no rust, and well maintained so I will probably sell it private party since it is in such good condition and I trust the car. If my car wasn't so meticulously maintained or I didn't want to deal with selling it I would've taken the offer and a loss because it was so easy.
