Alex is truly a watchmaker. He is an excellent mechanic as well as an amazing planner of difficult watch making jobs. I own a very expensive solid gold Breitling Chronomat watch on which another company was unable to upgrade the chapter ring on the watch. Alex willingly undertook the task and in an hour or so had the entire watch disassembled and the upgraded chapter ring installed. I was very impressed with his skillful and careful work. When the watch was finished it was absolutely perfect. In addition to the installation of the new chapter ring, he noted several minor problems such as a scratch and polished them out. I have been around watches and watchmakers for years and find that Alex is among the best of them. He has the skill to overhaul complicated watches to the most simple battery changes. He has the polishing skill to make a watch look new. Both Alex and his wife were a pleasure to work with, and the cost was very reasonable for the job what was done.
