This guy is pretty damn good. He shows up on time (actually early as I recall) all gear in a backpack ready to roll. I show him into my apartment, and he puts on what look like hospital bacteria boots over his shoes. So as not to scratch the floors I guess. He takes a look at the windows and explains that the main one will be quite simple, as the sliding window comes out, allowing easy cleaning. 20 some odd minutes later he's done, and they look great.
