Carlos is the best!!!!! He serviced two of my machines and got them back in tip top shape. I had a late appointment and I was concerned with his time, but he was on no time schedule, he spent over 1 hr at my house teaching me about my machine and the attachments. I could not believe how patient he was and that fact that he was not it a rush to leave. He is a genius when it comes repairing these machines and I was so amazed at his talent.

Carlos is AMAZING! Like a sewing machine wizard....and he has saved the day for me more than once. All around great experience w my 555. (by the way, this is the Carlos who's shop used to be 342 W Pico Blvd in downtown LA.)
