do yourself a favor do not go at this office their personnel is so not professional, as well as the doctors they give the wrong information, they tried to overcharge me for a form, they are never available to make an appointment, this is the worse doctor office not helpful at all, there are like 5 people on front office and none of them would answer the phone for an appointment. Any referral request takes a long time for them to processed it. any other clinic will be better than here. I would give it a zero star.
