We had an absolutely fantastic experience with John Eubanks and his crew. They rewired our entire historic home from crawlspace to the attic and did it in the timeframe that they promised. They provided us a quote upfront and were flexible in adding onto the job, letting us know the costs for the extra work. When he wasn't able to work at the house, he'd let me know which days he'd be away and which days he'd be back but he finished the job on time. We have nothing but high praise for John and his crew - very professional and accommodating group of qualified electricians. Will recommend him to everyone that I know who needs electrical work without a doubt!

Poor customer service. Will disappear for days at a time while on the job with no notification. Makes promises they cannot keep.
