Terrible customer service. I had two storage units that I signed separate contracts for. I revived no notification for the first contract expiration date. Two weeks later, when I was notified by the expiration by a lock on the door of the atorage unit, I was told to remove my item and that he would no longer rent me that unit instead of allowing me pay the late fees and rent out another year. Instead, he took terminated the contract from my second unit (which still had 3 months on the lease!) and refused to refund me the three months left on the other contract. Instead he claimed the money for late fees on the first (completely separate!) contract without telling me any numerical values or giving me an official invoice. Only mention that "it would be enough to cover" the late fees. So now both storage units have been abruptly ejected and I have the added inconvenience of finding a different storage unit. Terrible service and absolutly no official documentation.
