Scott has been absolutely amazing! I bought my first house in November and had no idea how to manage a hot tub. When an accident caused the heater to completely shutdown on a 6 degree day in January, I couldn't get any of the local spa companies to call me back and the one's that did couldn't get out here for a week (nothing against other companies, I didn't realize most have offseason hours). Scott came out that day and saved my spa from freezing over. He winterized it and ordered the heater in a very timely manner and it was up and ready in 3-4 days with very limited damage having been done due to the weather. It wasn't the only time he came out the same day for service either. The whole spa is 13 years old and the control panel (which was already very tempermental) finally went and same thing, 3 days and no further damage. He still picks up the phone even in the evening when I have an issue and I found his pricing very fair especially considering the immediate service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRYSTAL CLEAR! I will never use someone else.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! After scheduling an appointment and taking a day off of work to be here Scott does not remember who I am when I called to see if he was on his way. Then he does tell me he is on his way. I say I took a day off to be here what time will you be here? He then proceeded to YELL and curse at me and his final words were I am not coming before he hung up on me!! You want to do business with this owner??? After researching other reviews all around the internet you will see that YOU WOULD BE INSANE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!

Amazing company. Most places won't work past a certain I called at 730 pm in the summer and instead of putting me on a schedule the actual owner came out to my house at 8:30 at night. It was perfect being I work til 630 every night and he totally worked with my schedule

Where do I begin. This so-called business owner is not only rude but seems very uneducated not only in general but when it comes to pools let alone spas. I can only comment on the job he started and never finished because he started on a Monday was at my house for 12 hours and my backyard was upside down and I was very sceptical but my wife needed the pool ready for the weekend as we were having company. On Tuesday I come home from work and there are four cop cars in my driveway the owner Scott assaulted one of his employees. But Scott left and left the employee at my home with the police for me to deal with. Absolutely white trash at it's finest. These other reviews on here must be friends or family because this guy

We had a leak in our pool for the whole season. We hired a diver and 2 other pool companies. Then we heard about Scott at crystal clear. He found the leak in a matter of minutes and fixed the problem in an hour!!!! Very professional and his knowledge is unbelievable!!! I would recommend crystal clear to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you!!!

We were engulfed by water from hurricane Sandy and lost all our pool equipment. Our spill-over spa was lifted out of the ground and the hole filled in with sand . We were told by competitor's the only way to get the spa back into the ground was to break the surrounding concrete which is very costly. Scott and the Crystal Clear Pool and Spa team were able to tunnel under the concrete to repair the pipes and place the pool back to it's original position. I was so impressed with their creativity and professionalism. From beginning to end they did a first class job and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend using Chrystal Clear Pool and Spa Services.

Awesome company! Highly recommend. Owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kept me informed during entire pool repair.
