Nick served my family well. Recently, I had tires installed. Oil change. Brake Fluid flush. They did just the job I asked. Talented techs and great price. Actually on the brake fluid flush they checked for leaks and were honest. No added "services". I'll be recommending this KOST location (Pocono Summit) to my clients (Im a local real estate agent). Great job KOST! And thank you.

I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I've been going to kost tire Mt. Pocono for many years and always had professional and friendly service. Tommy and Nick are the best as well as the guys in the garage. Attitude is everything.

The very last time I was there they blew my engine and I got stuck paying for it. Over $1600. I also got new tires and and one got a nail in it and they never added roadside so the screwed me outta a 63.00 tire so I have been driving with a donut the past week. Called Nick today and he argueed with me and my father who paid the Bill. I only went there so I didn't have to pay up front and still got screwed around. I will never use them again and shouldn't of after the other worker Tommy lied to my dad over a rim that he really didn't need. These guys are lists and thieves.

Was referred to cost thru an auto body shop I use for alignment. When I went in I stated I need a right front stabilizer bar which I knew was broken. And asked that at 8 am they order the part so when I came back at 9:30. It would be in house so the job could be efficiently completed with no time lost. Nick said yes yes no problem will do. Which I figured he knew what he needed but felt as if he dismissed me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Alignment was completed done but after an hour waiting I asked if the truck was done and they said yes alignment is done just waiting for part for stabilizer. I said I told you to order it this morning when I was here and you said yea yea. No problem. Well truth be told they didn't order it. Until I got back and the truck was on the rack. When I got upset and voiced displeasure. I was attacked for it. I was told by Nick after I got mad at their incompatible to get the f*** out of his shop. And that he would give me 30 seconds to get out. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. AND DOWN RIGHT NASTY. NEVER WILL I RETURN.
