I have been a customer of Alameda Automotive for 10 years and have always been treated fairly. I find they are very competent. I manage a motel in town and send all my guests there when they have a problem. I have never had any negative feed back from any of them in 10 years.

Very easy. Save yourself some time, money and a headache and go somewhere else. My repair was not done right the first time so I had to go back with no only conditions of the same issue but with a check engine light that is still on. Management was not very friendly and pretty much called me a liar when I tried to get the job done right. Very unprofessional management was. Not wanting to help when I tried to get my car fixed right. My encounter there was horrible. It's not a good feeling leaving wondering if your car has been done right. Be sure to avoid this shop.
