This place is absolutely ridiculous as far as their understanding of the word "service" goes. I just returned from getting my summer wheels put on. I have a pair of all-weather tires mounted on the factory rims that I use for the fall/winter months and a separate pair of nice tires mounted on a pair a sharp rims for the spring/summer months. The job was easy enough, remove the winters and slap the summers on. The garage manager (owner?), Tom, did not balance the tires, which after receiving the bill for the little work he performed is a good thing. The entire "job" took him 20min, of course this is after I had called and talked to the old man who pumps the gas and was told "c'mon down, we'll get it taken care of right away..." I had originally showed up at 0915hrs but was told to return in 2hrs, so at 1115hrs he started and quickly finished. After completing the work, I put the winter tires in the car and met him in the office to pay, $60 BUCKS for 20MIN of work?!?!?!

This is the second and final issue I've had while getting my family's vehicles serviced, first being a brake job that he was about to charge me $900 for. For the brakes I ended up going to MEINEKE in Wareham, Peter was very professional and did the job for $600 and had it in and out the same morning I dropped it off.

I had only returned to Pocasset service Station because of the convenience but ended up paying through the nose for it.

Lesson: Suck it up and take the trip to Wareham and see Peter at Meineke and rest assure you are getting the best price, by an ASE certified mechanic, in a timely manor...
