I test drove a 2015 impala 2lt with 10 miles on it 2/6/16 with jorran from sales. Took the car that night to get fiancing the next day. Went back to finish the paper work. BOOM car bought. Only down side they don't do nitrogen tire dills. Thanks joe van horn chevrolet

The sales manager Rodney is dishonest. Quoted a price and would not own up to his offer. Shook hands over the deal and then Lied to my face - unbelievable! When requested verification of services provided they refused to provide proof that the service was completed (there is NO visible evidence the service was completed). I tried working with a different sales associate and they also refused to provide proof that the service was completed as I paid for. Not documented ... Not Done!!! I would never ever recommend working with this dealership. The BBB has more complaints that compliments! Should have read the BBB report before showing up to this dealership! They do not work with you to resolve issues. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Again Rodney is liar. You would think a simple request to provide a document that a service I Paid For was provided would be granted, but this request has been refused. Again Not Documented...Not Done. Beware of this company!

Felt rushed. Wanted to come back later with the title of the car and have a chance to clean out the old car. We had to clean out the car in the cold, dark rain and forgot a few items. Called the very next day (less than 24 hrs) and somehow those items when missing. New car did not get detailed because the service center was closed.

WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I called two days ago, put a deposit down a on vehicle, they took all my information, then I called once, they said someone would call me back, no one did, called again, talked to the guy who took my credit card info, and he said the car sold later that day. He also LIED and said he called me and left me a voicemail. I received no call. I will always and forever tell people about this dealership and how they basically completely screwed me over. Thank goodness I called TWICE before I made the almost 2 hour long drive to a place that should get no ones business. Shame the Matt, the man who barely dealt with me. He should not be working with customers, and lying. EVERYONE STAY AWAY!! I should have read these ratings beforehand. It would have saved me a lot of trouble.

Bought a 2012 SUV with less than 20,000 miles



Might seem like a bargain, but BUYERS BEWARE!!!





The "customer service" stops as soon as you sign the purchase agreement!



1. $300 service fee - according to the salesmen, charged on all vehicles that they sell to do a 100+ point inspection to make sure everything is properly working and top off all fluids. Things that they should have taken care of:

- all the window shield wiper blades were junk, one didn't have a blade at all, one half the blade was hanging loose the first time I used it.

- tried to use the windshield washer fluid (froze instantly to the windshield with a temperature of 25 degrees) must have been water!!!

- Either didn't do the oil change or didn't reset the oil usage monitor on the car

- Only put a half tank of gas in the car!!! (Even after I told them they need to provide a full tank of gas and I drove 1 1/2 hrs to go there)

- Originally when I looked at the car the service fee was 250, after going back and forth on the price I find in the final paperwork that they raised the service fee $50! Wouldn't reduce the final price the $50, I should have just left.



2. Second set of keys- After we sign off on everything and are getting ready to leave the salesman tells me that they don't have a second set of keys. I told him that this was part of the deal and he said that it wasn't a problem and he would order another set and sent it to me within the next month. Two months since the purchase still haven't received the keys and when I call and leave a message he never calls back!



3. XM Radio - During the test drive the salesman told us we would get XM radio for free for 3 months after purchase. Then after we had signed all the paperwork I asked him about that and he said that he would try and call them in the next couple weeks, otherwise we should just call and set it up. After a month without the XM working I called to try and set it up, but XM said they needed some info from the dealer to set it up. 2 months later still no XM!



4. Received a letter a couple weeks later thanking us for our purchase and asking for referrals. They listed a different vehicle in the letter than what I purchased!



After getting the car home there were several little things like scratches, rips in leather, and a large crack in the spare tire cover for the cargo area that had been "hidden"

My fiance and I walked in spur of the moment to look at a vehicle. It turned out to not be what we wanted and Jason happily pulled around another car for us to test out. Evan White was very helpful without being pushy. Between the time i made my first contact and when i had arrived at the delearship he had several cars for me to look at that were in my price range. I was really pleased with his selection and that he took the time to really explain everything from features to technology and things like OnStar. This ended up being the easiest and friendliest car buying experience I have had. The people here really take the time to listen to what you want and not try to make you buy something that they just want off their lot.

Jason was an awesome salesman. He was patient, friendly, and very informative. My husband and I went to several other dealerships before we made it to Van Horn Chevrolet. I was contacted by him through an internet search. He was the first to get back to me. And he was very quick. If you snooze you loose, and the other dealerships that finally had contacted me, lost out on a sale. But, honestley, Jason made the experience so easy and so convenient.
