I have been going to Plymouth Optical for many years and I have always received excellent service. Their prices are competitive and very reasonable. I would recommend Plymouth Optical to anyone who is looking for great service and price.

They are very disorganized and have the worst patient service. My impression was very bad from the beginning, co-workers warned me against going there due from their bad experience dealing with them but I ended up going there because it was more convenient for me since I work in the area.



There was a lot of issues I had with the owner including the lack of friendliness and professionalism. I strong advise against going here! I should have listened to my co-workers. Avoid. They are also very expensive!!
