Had him go out to one of my houses. He was suppose to come back on Friday. Guess what, never showed up. Had to call about 15 times before he answered. Caught him in a lie then he told me he didn't work on Saturday unless it was an emergency. Ok, I have a leak that required turning the water off at the house that has tenants there, is that an emergency? Then he told me he couldn't do it till Monday. I found someone to get the job done Sunday. I called him Monday morning and of course he didn't answer. He calls me at about 12 noon to see if I needed him to fix the leak. I told him I got someone to do it but I need someone to install a sink and some fixtures on Wednesday. He told me just to use whoever I had used to fix the leak. He got mad because I found someone who actually wanted to work. Sucks for him. I didn't tell him that I own 22 rentals over there in Plymouth. I would definitely not waste my time with this guy. He gives lazy a new meaning.
