WE BOUGHT A VERA WANG, SERTA MATTRESS, AND BEDROOM SET, FROM HOMFURNITURE IN SIOUX CITY, IOWA IN AUGUST 2009.THE MATTRESS IS A PILLOW TOP,THE MODEL# IS 800056-360,IT'S A W30,45D1-1422-95.IT'S AVERY UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS,IT'S LIKE SLEEPING IN A HAMMOCK?? WE PAID OVER $3,000 FOR IT. THEY CAME AND CHECKED IT,AND SAID IT ISDEFECTIVE.WE PICKED OUT ANOTHER MATTRESS,AND THEY WANT US TO PAY MORE MONEY.WE WILL NOT DO THAT. WE FEEL WE'RE BEING CHEATED!!!!!!!
