I'm so glad someone else feels the same as I did about working there. I also worked in the Inside Sales Dept. and I was constantly made to feel stupid by the manager. That woman is crazy and there really is no better way to say it. How she became a manager at an engineering company is beyond me. She doesn't even have a bachelors degree. Her inferiority complex causes her to constantly berate the staff, talk nasty about them behind their backs, and always throw them under the bus. I couldn't take it anymore and got out.

Decent place to work if you stay away from the Inside Sales Dept. The Manager of that dept has no clue how to manage. Mix that with her apparent racism/sexism and you've got a recipe for disaster. The dept has the highest turnaround rate in the comapny because no one can stand her for more than a year. How she is still employed there is the huge question. Constantly only promoting her friends within her work clique is another one of her downfalls. I finally had to leave. The constant backstabbing and gossip finally took its toll on me. It was a shame too becasue everyone else I knew from other depts were really great.
