They were great in the beginning, but once we actually entered a sales agreement everything went down hill. They asked me to resign multiple documents again and again. They didn't tell me we wouldn't be able to close on time (due to their vacations and poor planning) until 2 weeks before we were to close. By then I had already given notice to my landlord and they had rented the apartment and we were risking being homeless. The whole closing process was a nightmare. Now they are sending me past due bills even though I was told to send the first payment and every payment to the assignment company who is buying the loan. The last straw, the lost some of the documents from closing and now that I've been moved in for 2 months, they are asking me to resign them. Do NOT use this company. They are horrible!
