So my wife bricked her laptop yesterday. I think she tried to plug the DVD power cord into the Computer jack or something like that. So anyway, it went dark & didn't respond to anything -- unplugging, removing & replacing the power cord, the 5-second hard reset on the power button -- nothing. I even gave it the secret "I'm a guy" hand signal when she wasn't looking, but still, no response!
I saw this place on Yelp! and their Web Site and they looked promising. I stoped in and told the dudes what was up, and they took the laptop, removed the battery, grabbed a voltage meter & started touching leads on the power cord. Within about two minutes he had it booted, and explained that some capacitors on the motherboard probably just needed to be drained. Oh, and he wouldn't take any money from me.

I had a broken hinge and I’m Glad the concierge on my hotel suggest me to give these guys a try locally because I did have a presentation next morning.

I stopped by Keystone Computer Advising and Richard Explained to me the Emergency service policies. He looked at the poor thing and told me there may be some cosmetics on the repair as he has to re-solder the plastic parts and rebuild the inner working of the hinge. I was disinclined to trust a positive outcome as I had already try Microcenter and Best Buy in the area where they say that it was impossible to fix, that I needed a new system instead.

This is an $ 850 system and I had no choice at that point. I’m glad that I did it there. He not only have it fix around 3:00 PM, but furthermore had the time to fix an annoying pop up that was the beginning of how I broke the hinge. I will highly recommend them to anybody.

Really fast, reliable and dependable service. When it comes to speed, this guy is the best. I was receiving a TEXT message on Dec 24 at 2:00 AM when my system was ready. When he said I will work until late to get your system working I did not expect him to go that extra mile(s) in plural. He did opened the store for us today at noon and came back to his Family.

I’m really impressed and I will be able to deliver on time to my client as I promised I will.

Geek Squad Plymouth Meeting Quoted me $ 400.00 and plus for a work they said it has to come out for two weeks and that was not warranty at all to recover the information as he did.

For a portion of that Ricardo Melendez was able to get it done in less than 48 Hrs.

I was on vacation in Hawaii and had a work emergency...only to find my computer wasn't working. I was in a remote spot but we had good Wi-Fi connection at the hotel, so I Skype-d Ricardo I. Melendez, he picked up and they remotely logged in to my computer. About 45 minutes later, all was good and the work crisis was averted. I got to enjoy the rest of my trip without worrying about losing that client (who will remain nameless) and paid not only for my trip but also contributed with half of the profit for the year. After I asked him how much was for his services he stated that I have been a good client and that I should keep recommending them as I did once before. This is the kind of company that big corporations should learn from. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. He and Walter are the Best!

Simply the best. Really knowledgeable when it comes to problem resolution. Our business is doing way much better with out the full time IT company that we use to have before.
