I found KnK through the web,the web site for a start is way outdated so the prices are wrong,in itself that,s forgiveable,I,m in Australia,ordered the parts,Ken sent me the only email I ever got from him of invoice,thinking parts are on there way,after 2 months I emailed him several times without reply so I phoned him to find out none of the parts have been sent,apparently he tore the seat cover on the refurbished seat and was waiting for another to arrive from Thailand.I told him I was disappointed because he,d not let me know and could he do something to rectify situation,he said he,d send everything and the seat cover later,that didn,t happen,well he sent most of the order less the seat,a parts manual,a brake lever and tank decals.I called him again,always with excuses about this and that.At this point and over 4 months later I ask for my money back for the seat,he did send the decals so I told him forget about manual,brake lever,just give me back the $300 for the seat and we,ll be square,that was a month ago,I don,t think I,ll get my money back.In all honesty this man needs to be exposed because he,s done the wrong thing by me and I strongly advise anyone thinking to do buisiness with this faud to look elsewhere for parts,don,t waste your time with knk,FULL STOP

I met Ken on an e-bay deal.I have since done several different transactions with him and he is the best i have found.He is honest and fair.Very fair.I have a hard time believing a negative review about this business.I realize you can't please all people but the folks at knk cycles sure do try.They are good people.If you speak to him about a problem you have he will talk to like a gentleman and work it out.I know this because i know the man and not because i have ever had a problem needing corrected.Good people.Find out for yourself.
