The tech that came out to my house was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Every issue was addressed clearly and fixed or corrected. I would recommend Advance-it to anyone that has a computer problem. The only reason i gave a 4 star was because they he was 15min late for the appointment but there was good reason, I'm just a stickler about being on time time.

We had a CT Tech come out the next day after a phone call with an issue that it seamed no one else could fix let alone even diagnose. The tech was there less that 45 min and on to helping the next. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.
