I dealt with this company for 8 years. The owner is great, the receptionist is nice. Never a problem till my last delivery. The delivery driver was an idiot & down right mean. He wouldnt listen about where to drive to the spot I wanted the load dumped. He seemed very agitated when I showed him the stake in the ground where I wanted it dumped. He tried to take his own route and almost drove over my drain pipe till I stopped him and told him where to go-AGAIN. Instead of driving down then backing up-he backed down then had to turn the truck around to dump the load. TOTALLY BACKWARDS of how any normal person would do it. He missed the spot I wanted it dumped by 20 and ripping up my yard in the process of him tring to turn the truck around. I was then tring to help the guy get the last of the stuck dirt out of the back of the truck and he threw dirt at me. He was a very nasty person so I doubt I will be getting anything delivered from these people again.
