Rrdonnelly was the worst employer I have ever worked for first off they claim to be three separate companies Rrdonnelly ,FSI ,and ssi FSI isn't any different than the three just an excuse not to give benefits to there employees.Beside that they don't follow FMLA leave or any laws in Wisconsin they refuse to allow you to go to family funerals or you lose a point or are terminated they don't allow you to go to any doctors appt or hospital unless off of work or schedule around work even if impossible do to the fact your not allowed any days off except after 14days of work straight thru besides that they force you to work 7days a week at which are 10 hour shifts with only 2 10 min breaks which you are locked inside of building or have to smoke in a fenced in locked area cause if you leave you get terminated immediately even made a women employee stay in building who needed her insulin they told her no just sit down or drink something and get back on the assembly dont work there no rights
