I went to KP Appliance to look for a new dryer. When I arrived to look at dryers I was greeted at the door and asked what brought me in today. I told them I was looking for a new dryer because ours was on its last leg. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I bought a Speed Queen and was very happy with the quality, price and service that was offered. When they delivered the new dryer to our house the workers installed it and even took away the old dryer too. I will definitely recommend KP Appliance to others!

The entire staff at KP is knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only place to by appliances in central Wisconsin. Their service after the sale bleses away any and all competition.

KP swiftly worked to remedy our misunderstanding and will be replacing any of their installed parts free of charge.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I asked for a price and part number for my oven. I got the price, but I didn't get the part number. Instead, Frank, hung up on me mumbling something about I'll probably just buy it online. I tried to call back and he put me on hold. So I visited him at the store. He was completely disrespectful and lied to me that he didn't hang up. In his defense, I did get a half-hearted apology shortly before he told me to leave the store. I've done business with them 5 times prior (Bought a washer and dryer + service calls) and have never had a single problem before this. Unfortunately, they have lost my business for good.

These people are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are a small family business and treat you great. I will buy all my appliances from them in the future.
