great staff

Being that this was my son's first time at the dentist I was very skeptical of them not wanting me to go back in the exam room with him. However, now after bringing my 2 boys in I will say that it actually turned out great! Both boys did very well and allowed for the needed xrays and cleaning to be done. Very glad we made the choice to come here for their first appointments.

The staff is very friendly and patient with my kids. The staff always takes time to explain all procedures to me and my kids. We are very happy we started coming to First Impressions!

Every time I bring one of my kids in the staff is always very nice and helpful. They don't rush you if you have questions they explain everything in detail. If at anytime I have questions or concerns I can call and I always can get help or things to do.

All staff were kind. They took it nice and slow with our 3 y/o to make sure his first experience was positive. Doctor took the time to answer questions, did not rush us.
