The technician who came to my home was business like. He knew his job, really all the men knew their jobs. They were helpful too. I would recommend Service Champions to anyone.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a specific date and time. My appointment was at 9 am and when I called at 11:45 they said they had called to cancel that morning but I had not received a phone call from their number that morning. I asked when they could come out next and they said two weeks from the date but I would get half off of the service. In this economy I don't mind helping out companies and have no problem paying the full amount for prompt, good and curtious customer service. I would never use this company and can see why our economy is the way it is, from lazy compaines not sticking to the one thing that matter most, customer service.

Kathy is a very nice person in this company. She is a very professional and nice person.
