I have a very old but dependable Dimension One Spa, that was having a motor issue. I called Kari, sent him some photos and made an appointment with him the next day to fix the problem. He arrived right on time, brought the correct part I needed and fixed the problem in one hour, which was his estimate for the labor involved. Great service, very knowledgeable and dependable man.

I used Kari a few years back to do a repair and was very pleased with his service, reasonable pricing and friendly no pressure approach. We just had Kari out again last month and he again did a great job. I highly recommend Kari. I do not recommend Costco hot tubs.

I have a Calspa II hot tub. My trouble started in Nov. 2013 with a small drip in one of the pumps. Our pool/spa guy told me he would have to remove the pump and take it out so he could replace the seal inside. He suggested to take the second pump out too because they were about the same age and would soon leak too. I thought it was a small seal replacement job, it turned out to be a really big job because I ended up replacing 2 "New" pumps. He said that the pumps were broken due to rusty condition while he was taking them apart. After installing 2 new pumps in my hot tub, it showed "overheating". He replaced the thermostat but it was still overheating. Moreover, we discovered 3 different new leaks, he told me that the overheating must loosen some of the joints. Also, he told me that the electronic board was bad, so he replaced the board but it still didn't work correctly. The panel would show "flo", it wouldn't heat water. On top of that, he couldn't fix one of that leaks. I was so frustrated after spending $$$$ and time, my hot tub still could not function. I now have an extra board and an extra set of thermostat wire.

I went on Craiglist and found Kari. He came out on time for the first appointment. He was able to give me a clear picture of the problem within 5 minutes that the second pump was wire backward. He fixed the leaks right away. He also found the "flo" problem due to incorrect wiring. From stop using my hot tub, spending thousands of dollars for replacement of parts, spending countless days of waiting for previous spa guy to show up…to having my hot tub fixed right away by Kari was like a miracle happened!

I can't thank Kari enough. He has given me back my hot tub! Kari is a honest and reliable professional who truly understands hot tub. I just wish I could have met him a year ago. Thank you Kari!

I made an appointment and Kari came out with a new control panel and mother board and replaced both within a couple hours. I highly recommend Kari from Spa Works Repair. He was great and had my spa up and running perfect. I sat in it that night. Very professional fair price and great service.

I have an older Hotsprings Spa that was in need of repair. I checked out the web and found Spa Works Repair. I called them and the owner Kari answered my call on the second ring! I explained what was happening, or in this case, not happening! The jets stopped working. Kari thought it was probably the motor but said he would need to come out and confirm. He came out the next day and confirmed the motor needed to be replaced. He made a phone call and told me on the spot how much the motor plus installation would cost and told me he could have it repaired in the next day! Wow! Compare this to the last time I had my spa repaired by a manufacturer's suggested service center. That time cost me an initial fee of $135 and then $95 every 15 minutes plus parts. The part took 2 weeks to order!
