Information and Assistance is a program of Contra Costa County Area Agency on Aging. Knowledgeable social workers provide information, referrals to resources, and support in problem solving to seniors age 60 and older, adults with disabilities, and caregivers. Interpreters are available to assist in any language. All calls are confidential.
