HORRIBLE! The shop is a total mess with children running around and interfering with work. I had to wait for the worker to finish reading her email before even acknowledging I was standing at the counter. I shipped a package via FedEx to a PO Box. The person I was shipping to had to inform me that FedEx WILL NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Shouldn't I have been informed by Playa Postal?!?! instead of spending $20 on a shipping method that now has to be retrieved and delivered via another means. I have been there twice and will not be returning!!!!
