I have worked with MoldUSA on several occassions by referring them to our clients who we suspect have mold issues at their properties. As a general contractor (and we do not perform mold remediations), we are involved in renovations and remodels and on several occasions have come across situations that require an expert evaluation. We refer our clients to MoldUSA because they are strictly an inspection company. Having no incentive to discover a problem and benefit from its solution, we are confident that MoldUSA is providing our clients a truly unbiased report. We have found that the staff at MoldUSA is knowlegable, friendly and always professional. Our clients have been extremely pleased with MoldUSA's service even when the results of their testing have resulted in the need for remediation. MoldUSA's clearance testing really makes sure that the remediation company does their job properly and our clients have taken comfort in knowing that MoldUSA's expertise is available to oversee the remediation results and to insure the remediation company hasn't cut corners or failed to correct the problem. We will continue to refer all our clients to MoldUSA when they need to determine if mold is an issue for them.
