Two individuals (terrible with names) from this towing company came to my rescue tonight. This was the result of a call I made to Subaru roadside assistance. They arrived within a half hour, both were helpful and polite. Very pleased and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

On the plus side, the people who work here seem nice. However, if you don't mind waiting half a day or more for a tow (or being completely forgotten about), then call.

Used them 3 times. Nothing but delays and innacurate time estimates each time. The guy on the phone was very apologetic, but if you tell someone an hour and it ends up being 6+ hours, that's crazy. Will never call them again.

Gallagher's Towing really saved the day. I was really worried after running off the road, but Bob calmed me down, and was very helpful. He got my car out of the ditch in quick time. He was very careful, and professional. He made sure I was okay, and that my car was in good condition before leaving. Thank you Bob, for making what could have been a very bad day a good one :-)
