I would give this place zero stars if I could.



This was the worst experience I've EVER had with a groomer. Had my cat groomed here and I picked her up a different animal. Her behavior was scared and she was overall terrified for weeks. I took her to the vet and the vet said she was most likely beaten at the groomers because she is terrified of the clippers. Canine Capers is the only place that has groomed her and I am heartbroken that my cat is no longer the same and so traumatized from this experience and she still have not recovered (now 6 months later).



The few times I've brought my dog here, she cries and dead weights not wanting to go inside. They groom her exactly the opposite of how I want them to every time and they don't listen. I will NEVER bring another animal here again. Save your pet the trauma and NEVER go to Canine Capers.

No the greatest customer service, but owner is very nice.
