We used Strategic Air to replace our two ancient HVACs. The first expired after 25 years of service. Strategic Air replaced that unit and we were so impressed with their professionalism, service and response that we had them replace the second unit when despite their tender loving care died after 30 years of cranking out cold in the summer and heat in the winter! Ray Miller is an exceptional business owner and air conditioning expert. Because I saw all of the 5 star reviews for Ray I called him to analyze my air conditioning and a/c duct needs even though I live in Bartow, outside his service area. After I explained this on the phone Ray agreed to drive almost an hour to see if he could help. He spent almost 2 hours analyzing my home, giving me info I had not received from others, which saved me thousands of dollars and he would not let me pay him a penny. Bottom line, he said he could not install a new system for me as he would not be able to provide the level of service I deserved because my home is so far out of his service area. It is so rare to find someone with so much integrity that I had to review Ray just in case anyone else was looking for that value.

I had an AC installed by another company and it never worked properly. They came out six time to fix the cooling problem. It got to the point, I was very frustrated with the company because they could not find the problem. I called Strategic Air and they fixed the problem on the first attempt. The technician/owner, Ray, was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used Strategic Air for years in our homes. Recently, our office had the need for Ac replacement and repairs as well. Strategic Air was one of the companies who bid the project, and their price was amazing compared to the other local companies who submitted bids. It’s not just their competitive price, it’s the amazing service and quality they provide as well. Woke up this morning to a hot house and a thermostat with a blank display. After I spent some time troubleshooting the problem myself, I called Ray. He was incredibly gracious and walked me through several steps to see if we could fix it over the phone. When it became evident that he had to come out, he was at my house by lunchtime and fixed our unit in no time! I was impressed by his expertise as well as his honesty. I highly recommend Strategic Air Conditioning!

Strategic A/C was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I left a text at 4:30 in the morning received a return text promptly at 6:00 am. I really don’t know of any other company that does a return text all while trying to walk you through solutions to make you comfortable until their arrival for a solution. Could not be happier with the service.

Ray and his team came to our home for an emergency call on a Saturday. No extra charge and in the same day. Fixed the problem and left us with a working system and comfortable house. We needed to have a part replaced, they ordered it and had it installed by Wednesday.

We live in Florida and in the summer you can't be without your A/C. In our area there a lot of 'big' A/C companies they just don't follow thru like Strategic A/C

After reviewing the reviews of what seemed like a hundred different AC companies I came upon Strategic Air. The reviews were all 5 star so I decided to give them a call. WOW was I impressed. He performed a diagnostic on my very old and loud AC unit. He determined the unit was working within mfg. norms. I paid a nominal service chg. He never tried to sell me anything or performed work that wasn't necessary. I did ask for a replacement quote- 5 ton 15 seer heat pump (American Standard) top of the line. It was 4k less than the last guy! Ray was great and I believe extremely honest. Count me as a satisfied customer, AND I will be calling Strategic Air when that old AC unit of mine finally does go out.

Very happy with how fast Ray was able to come out and fix our A/C. He is very honest and had us up and running on my lunch hour. His prices were the best. I'll be calling Ray again when it's time to replace our system.

I had been on vacation and retuned home at night when I walked in the house it was 89° and the A/C was running, so I knew something was wrong. I checked everything, through the breakers and checked the fan unit outside and it was not running. Called Ray Miller of Strategic Air Conditioning who I have used before for mantiance. I explained to him my problem and he walked me through some test on the fan outside as he believed the compressor over heated. He hit the problem on the nose, he had me turn it off for around an hour and turn it back on, yes I finally got it working temporary to cool my house off for the night until he came out in the morning. He found the problem and fixed it! He did a fantastic job helping me get through that night and then coming out first thing that morning and fixing everything. I would highly recommend Strategic AC as they put there customers first and do a wonderful job and the customer service....you couldn't ask for anything else better then Ray Miller of Strategic AC. Thanks for helping me out and getting my AC back up and running so quickly!!
