DO NOT SEND PATIENTS TO THESE PEOPLE>. Horrible.. My father was placed on this service by his doctor. It took 3 times to do the sleep test to determine his need for oxygen. After that we were getting sent a bill for the 3 times it took to perform the test although it was not my fathers fault. Then we were being billed %20 of the cost that medicare did not not pay although he had a secondary insurance i was told they do not "DEAL" with Blue Cross. I asked that they come pick up there equipment after being spoken to like a dog by "Marlene" who almost screamed at me, and by "BJ" who was refusing to give me a reason as to why they would not bill secondary insurance, and why they did not let me know this before giving my father the equipment. If that were the case I would have asked to go to another company who would bill. Needless to say it took them 2 1/2 weeks to pick up equipment, and we were still billed for that month. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGIAN.. I TOLD THE DOCTOR ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.. AND HE SAID HE WOULD NEVER USE THAT COMPANY AS WELL..
