My goal is to exceed all my customers’ expectations. The Barre Code class is a full-body workout consisting of heavy repitition and isometric holds designed to strengthen a wide variety of muscles. Other stamina and endurance-building classes include kickboxing, plyometrics, dance, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and TBC, their bootcamp-style workout that consists of functional full range-of-motion strength training movements.
