Very good experience! All of the staff was very caring! I love the way this office looks. Very welcoming environment. They were very courteous and helpful over the phone as well. Really enjoyed the feel of this place.

Friendly staff makes the difference! Dr. Houstin was professional and friendly. He also shows concern and explained to a degree that I could understand. This was one of the most comfortable experiences I have had at a doctors office. Everyone was just so nice. Having a friendly staff makes all the difference. The staff was concerned and I felt the love coming from them.

Bent over backwards! The physician assistant was extremely nice and compassionate. I loved the staff. From the doctors down the entire group was very accommodating. They were helpful and let my primary care doctor know everything so that my entire team was on the same page. I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing pain, to give this place a go. They will bend over backwards to help you feel better.

Kerry and Dr. Hostin are a breath of fresh air. I did not feel invisible and felt like I received personal attention for the first time since I have been diagnosed 22 years ago! I actually felt as if my personal situation was taken into consideration for the first time and treatment was structured accordingly. I felt like a person for the first time rather than a number!

Michelle was the most helpful person that I have talked to in the 10 years of looking for specialized care. She gave me hope and I know I have found the right place to receive treatment. I do not think I have ever seen a specialist that quickly. Everything was very comfortable. A special thanks to Tammy for making the x-ray experience a pleasant treat.

All of the staff members have been extremely helpful and very kind. I wanted to thank especially Kendra for the patience and help with insurance concerns. One of the most pleasant medical office visits I have had in quite some time. Excellent! Tammy was quick and efficient and most importantly genuinely sweet. The staff sets them apart. They made me feel very comfortable. They are all super nice. I also like how I did not have to wait long. I was seen within a minute of arriving in the exam room. When I got into be seen I loved the robe I was given. It kept me warm and added a degree of modesty to the exam gown. They also offered me a drink. Everything they do here is above and beyond and I want to say thank you!

I feel the need to let everyone know of the wonderful experience that I had at the Southwest Scoliosis Center. I am writing on behalf of my mother. She is very ill. She is in a ton of pain. Back pain has been a part of her life for about ten years. She has a chronic condition that keeps her from sleeping well. Her life is full of pain and she handles it like a trooper. She has good day and bad days. The days we visit the Southwest Scoliosis Center are always good days. The staff there is so sweet. They ooh and ahh all over my mother. They talk to her like a person, not as a patient. They answer all her questions, even when she asks the same thing in several different ways. From the top to the bottom the staff there is great. They are very professional. They do great work. Every member of the team excels where they need to. Not only are the leader in the medical services they provide, they go above and beyond to comfort their patients. Anyone who has back pain should seek out the doctor

Shawn from Southwest Scoliosis Institute was very nice and helpful to explain my situation and next steps in the process. Best ever in getting an appointment with a specialist only days after calling. I was in lots of pain and tried all other avenues that I knew of! My pain was just getting slowly worst. I was thrilled that they could get me in so quick!! Thank you so much for making my overall experience a very good one!
