Terrible Customer service, and terrible work. Their new screen replacement popped off 2 days after warranty (32 days after work) and they would not help replace it so I had to go to another store to get it done. Seems like they just wanted to charge you for anything!

Thanks for the one day service...I really messed up my phone by jamming my earplug and ruining the power cable connected to the on/off switch and volume controls. My phone worked better and faster than it did before I had a hand in messing it up, and the free car charger was awesome, too.

I had a cracked screen making my iPhone pretty useless. I searched and found quick ez repair. The price was the cheapest I found but what really stood out were all the 5 star reviews. The shop is located upstairs in willow bend mall. So I walk and was promptly greeted by the owner/ repair tech. 15 minutes and 50 bucks later I was walking out with a new screen and a free car charger. I had a 3GS so price may be higher on a 4. But check him out if you find yourself with a broken phone.

My iPhone 6 screen was completely shattered and the employee, Abdul was there to the rescue!! It took him 15 minutes to fix it and it looked brand new. I love this store and highly recommend this store to anyone that has a problem with their phone/tablet!! 10/10 service!!

I have brought two different IPhones here to have the screens replaced. They have always been very friendly, have replaced the screens quickly, and we've never had any post-repair issues. They have always beat their competitors in price for the same service. I would recommend checking them out!

My iPhone 6 Plus screen broke, and i was crying and so sad but a friend recommended quiz ez repairs. I found myself in the store and my shirt was still drenched with tears, however i spotted a nice brown skin manned behind the desk. I approached with caution, however i shouldnt have because he was the NICEST GUY i have ever met his name was ABDUL, and he was so so so nice, and thoughtful. He took me through the entire phone repair process with ease. This man Abdul is the nicest man i have ever met. In fact i offered him a job and he told me he would consider it. Great store, great service, quick ez repair.

From start to finish excellent customer experience!!! Chris, was genuine, informative and professional (she made us feel comfortable, explained the product, process and time it would take to complete- she is a gem!) We typically use only manufacturer to repair items but Apple Store in the mall referred us to third-party companies for assistance (2 in the mall) as they don't repair their iPads in the store. After visiting with Chris at EZ Fix we didn't go anywhere else. My company issues many iPads and iPhones for office to field staff, things get broken and I would highly recommend this store, based on my experience! Employees and not just actual services provided make a huge difference!!! Thank you for all of your help!

The staff is quick, professional and informative. From start to finish I felt at ease that my device would be repaired and looking brand new. Aside from the prestine job they did, the price that I paid to fix my device was the best around. I absolutely recommend them and will be back in case of another accident.

I've been to a couple of cell phone repair shops, however Quick EZ repair outweighs them all in exceptional service, attention to detail, customer care and great prices. I am a freelance programmer and I am 18 years old. I was hired on by Imran and was happy to be working with the guy. I told him upfront I am a high school student and in the process of enlisting in the United States Marines Corp. He said he was fine with that. We agreed that the payment will be a mac book pro. I built his site in the deadline and he changed his mind multiple times. I told him I will not upload the site until I get the Mac. Once he gave it to me it had no battery which I was aware of, but was told he ordered a new battery that I had the tracking number to, and to come find out that new battery was also a defect battery. I got a call from him last week saying he would change the Mac book out for a new one. I go to the store located in the Willow Bend Mall and he left with the Mac Book and started gloating to my face over text about. The cops got involved and said this business is very shady. I even found out that he lied about being the owner. Stay away!

I went to Quick Ez Repairs for a cracked screen repair. The phone was repaired with a new screen for $65. The screen was faulty and the resolution was bad. After a couple of wks the screen cracked even though no damage had been done.

I took the phone back and the store attendant Imran Sheikh said the warranty didn't count, when the receipt clearly stated that the warranty was still in effect.

I disputed this and he started to get rude and defensive and threatened that he would take the phone to the police.

I ended up paying $50 for another repair.

The store advertised a 15min repair and it took a lot longer than that.

Imran Sheikh is running a scam business. What's the point in having a warranty if you don't honor it?

He is a liar and is just looking for a quick buck with terrible service. NEVER use him.

Used them for a cracked screen on my cell phone. 1. they said it was due to water damage so they charged me double. 2. they kept my phone for over a month and never returned my calls. 3. they said they git tge part in and when i didnt respond to their calls they gave it to another customer. 3. when the phone wss ready they tod me to pick it up at the Arlington store. I dropped it off at The Willowbend location. They have the worst customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!

I dropped my ipad and ipod off there and they had my products over 40 days. Everytime I called they said they had to talk to a manager and they would call me back but never did. When I went to the store that opened at 10 nobody was there. Waited 40 minutes for someone to show up. Then when I go to pick up my order it wasnt even put together. Needless to say I had a terrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone....

Tried to get an I touch fixed and talked to 2 different stores and both were rude and not at all willing to help. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I bought a Groupon and drove to the store twice. Both times I was told that they were out of inventory to fix my product. The third time I called to see if the screen was in stock and was told that I would have to drive out there to preorder it and then come back when it was in stock. They failed to tell me this while I was in the store on my previous two trips. The "owner" became very rude and refused to work with me to order the piece over the phone even when I volunteered to hold the item with a credit card.

Too young to understand business, denied any wrong doing, extremely rude and overpriced. took in my iphone 5 to get repaired and came back in worse condition! of course the screen was fixed well but the interior components were left busted, somehow my speakers now dont work and they worked well before i had dropped it off. i suppose they are inexperienced in what they do.

Business offered a groupon to customers to repair iPhone screen for a discounted price, however did not have inventory to cover repairs. However business did have inventory if you wanted to pay full price rather than use the groupon.
