My son and I are very happy with the infant care program at this school. He loves his teachers and I feel very comfortable leaving him in their care. His room is very clean. The teachers are experienced and loving & all of the babies seem to be very happy.

Primrose at Preston Meadow in Plano NOT a good fit for kids with food allergies. Before registering we discussed her allergies with the directors, provided a doctor note, allergist note and immunologist note stating she could not have any dairy products due to her allergy.

We were there for 11 days total before we pulled our daughter out because 6 out of the 11 days something went wrong. Every time something went wrong they made excuses. I was told...

“She wore the wrong shoes and got put in another classroom and they fed her the wrong food” (keep in mind she wasn’t walking)

“…but she likes it!”

“Oh we forgot to tell that teacher”

“She had a substitute teacher in her class”

“We got really busy because someone was sick”

“It was only a little dairy"
(cheese cubes)

As these things happened, I spoke to the Owner, Area Director, Director, and Assistant Director and all of the promises made had no follow through. Even the pictures that were sent throughout the day through their Tadpole Communication App showed her eating and drinking things she was not supposed to. After several emails, phone calls, and face to face meetings nothing changed. As a mom I felt very uncomfortable leaving my child in their care. I constantly worried about her health and well being. The final straw was when they gave her whole milk and cheese cubes. The director said “sorry” and that she thought I, "would be happier somewhere else”. Aside from me being HIGHLY dissatisfied, my daughter was the one who suffered the most. She does have a dairy allergy and each time had a reaction. I cannot imagine what would happen to kids who have life threatening food allergies. As a mom, I cannot recommend Primrose Preston Meadow in Plano to anyone who has kids with food allergies.

Ms. Vanessa is wonderful; we love having our daughter in her class. The new team of owners/managers/directors/etc. has been outstanding. A welcome change.

I will be very bluntly honest on here. I seen the reviews previously posted and I believe that is out right bazaar for someone to say that about this school. Now I want to tell that person they have no clue what they are talking about. Are the children coming home happy? Are they enjoying the ride to school everyday? Do you see a big difference in their learning abilities compared to a mom and pops daycare? The children are the main focus here and if they are happy and talking up a storm about how their day was at school then you know Primrose has been doing their part in acheiving their education goals. I am a parent at Primrose for years now and I have been to other schools and I appreciate this school more than any school in the DFW area. Now the other schools I would consider to be just a typical "daycare" where all they do is feed, change, and leave the kids to play. Where is the learning suppose to be taking place now? I love how Primrose can go all out and beyond to make sure that our children learn as much as possible. My child loves to learn 24-7 and that makes me proud to know that I have chose a good school for their learning needs. Thank you Primrose of North Plano you have made a amazing inpact on my child's life! Keep up the good work!

Sad Experience - This school was bought by a couple that has paid attention to everything but the important things. Before they bought it a few years ago it was a great school and recommended it to everyone I knew. The teachers were well trained and it showed in their behavior and my childs. Now I wish I would have gone to another school along with all of the employees that left shortly after the take over. I will be moving my son to a new care center because the fees keep increasing and the quality of care keeps diminishing. If you value a caring and happy environment where your child will learn new things and be challenged you will find better schools in the area as I did. You will also find lower fees. I hope I can save others the same disappointment my child and I have experienced by posting this review.

They have a very good curriculum. But the teachers gossip and do not pay their full attention to the children.
