Being a women and always gone to dealerships or "brand name companies" never thought I'd get a break on car repairs! Mike the manager and his team were working on every type of car imaginable. I thought, oh know here it comes. The list of things that need to be fixed now or my car is going to fall apart. I drive a Mercedes G series SUV. It's been to the dealership several times and my own personal mechanic. Non of which could fix the problem I was going in for, but always found expensive extensive issues I didn't know I had, shocking right. They did two test, and my car was fixed. They gave an incredibly inexpensive price and let me know the dealership that claimed repairs did not do them. Shocked, I let it go, I'm toooo busy, but my friends and families cars will not go anywhere else! They let me know with documentation and their word the things that were most important to be fixed. The thing that "WOWED" me the most. They said if those other people said they fixed it and didn't, they would have know problem going to them and letting them know what needed to be done right. With no pressure from them.They even offered to take it there and handle it for me.Extraordinary service.Dawn and Mike were incredible.Drove me to and from my house and work while they worked on it.Thank you. Being a single mom with a high pressure career I could not ask for more.There should be more stars
