Petals delivered flowers to me on my birthday which looked like they were a week old. ALL of the flowers were wilted and petals were falling off. I called their number to let them know of the situation and they told me they would bring another to replace it. When they came to deliver the second flowers, they were very rude about it. The second flowers were a little better, however they were still the worst flowers I have ever received.
