Shady dealership. Had a couple different shady experiences with them.
I noticed the low tire pressure signal was on so I asked to have the car checked out by a mechanic or specialist to ensure everything is fine. They said not to worry that they will put air in it and if anything was wrong I can take it to a BMW dealership it will be free because the car is still in warranty. Not true. What they didn't tell me is BMW warranty does not cover tires. So after about a week of driving the tire signal came on again. I knew something was wrong so I took it to the dealership. I was told there were 2 nails that were causing minor leaks. I didn't have tire warranty and had to pay about $450 for the tire

My advice:
Even thou they have good prices you are better off going somewhere else with more honest and sincere service because at the end of the day you'll end up paying almost the same price as everyone else with bad and shady customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from Passport Motors at the end of July 2014. I set everything up over the phone as we were driving from out of state. I agreed to pay what they were asking contingent upon the vehicle being exactly as described - free from mechanical and cosmetic faults. When I got there, check in hand, there were two cosmetic defects that were pretty minimal but still noticable. They took care ofthe cracked bumper right away, albeit upon further inspection you can tell that they took no pride in workmanship - one of their technicians filled the crack and repainted in...letting the paint dry while dripping. We scheduled an appointment to have the windshield fixed and due to the distance, I rescheduled it once. I get an extremely rude call from Michelle saying I didn't make my appointment, after explaining to her that I had rescheduled the week prior she accused me of lying. IT GETS BETTER - a week after getting the windshield fixed, the vehicle - which had 40k on it when I purchased it, overheats and breaks down completely. I called the dealership because I could have sworn the owner told me they covered the vehicle for 90 days, they tell me they've already cashed the check and there isn't anything they can do because I didn't purchase an extended warranty THAT WAS NEVER OFFERED. I have been in the car business for years, I am totally appalled by their complete lack of business morals. A vehicle that is less than three years old with minimal miles should not completely break down a few weeks after purchase. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews, unfortunaly I did not and now I am paying for it.

I have purchased two BMW from passport motors. The staff is very helpful. My last purchase took less that one hour. I would purchase from them again.

DO NOT USE! True story... I...

DO NOT USE! True story...

I purchased a $25k car that was carfax approved and "accident free, clean, beautiful and spotless" from Passport Motors. They recommended the shipping company, money wired, the deal was done.

I get a call from their recommended shipping company that the dealership was threating to call the police because he indicated in his pre-shipment paperwork that there are multiple scratches and dents on the car. They demanded those reports be taken out. I had to call the dealer to request every reported scratch and dent be photographed and sent to me. Shockingly, the email I received contained 16 photos of issues. According to the delivery company, they immediately took the car off site and were gone for 2 hours to do some last minute fixes. This car was already purchased, I was screwed, but this was the least of my problems.

I received my car and immediately notice that the rear bumper was an aftermarket product, which was installed poorly and was painted poorly. The trunk is full of broken glass, which I cleaned out, but it fills up everytime I drive the car due to the fact that it is pouring out of the top of the trunk.

Does this sound like the "accident free, clean, beautiful and spotless" car they promised me?

For the record, I have tried multiple times to work through these problems with Passport Motors, they refuse and say they were not aware of these issues.

Their cars may be 1-2k less than another dealership, but that is not worth what I am going through with this car.

I bought an X5 a couple years ...

I bought an X5 a couple years to go and must say that I was quite pleased. The car was several thousand dollars cheaper than anything I could find-for a car of the same model, color, spec, and mileage. However after I took it home I felt like I got somewhat duped. There were a couple of 'patch ups' that you really don't notice until you've really gotten settled into your car. Like stratches in which some type of product was used to mitigate the look in which over time became apparent. However I am still quite please. I saved 8-9k easy. I'd take a few dings for that. Oh. And they gave me the car on an empty tank!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Buyer beware. These cars are Lease returns. They take the car back from lease and slap a "For Sale" Sign on it. They don't do anything to them. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CAR LOOKED AT!!!!! Their prices are low. You may have to do some repairs and hope it is minor to make it still a good deal.
