Provided by YP.comThis company is extremely poorly run and the management doesn't care at all about making sure tenants are treated well. They make no effort to push vendors to complete and ignore tenants when they ask for an explanation. They lose rent checks and tack on late fees arbitrarily. Very bad attitudes all around, will not be renting from this company again.

Provided by YPmobileBeware! We leased a house from this company for 5 months.All was well until the day we get a knock on the door from a constable saying we have 24 hours to vacate the property. After a long night of research we discovered that we were leased a house that was sold 4months before we started our lease term.Needless to say the company had no remorse and took no responsbility for this situation. When I asked if a owner needed to provide a deed I was told by the company that "it is not required just a signed release form".SO everyone consider your self warned! If you don't want to be put out without any warning stay away from this company!
