when i returned a rental book, they refused to give me any proof of return, saying i would receive an email within a couple of days. i never received an email. when i look at company reviews on other sites now, it looks like this is a scam and i will be hearing from a collector soon regarding the book they claim i never returned. never do business with a company like this!
