I came to Jose Eber thinking I was getting a nationally known and renowned salon that would take pride in their work because the brand is ony as strong as the quality of service. I did a consultation for extensions and could not have been more misled. Lo Ann was the stylist and she completely misrepresented the maintenance and cost that is required for their extensions. I tried going back to correct the miscommunication and find resolution and was met with defensiveness and almost hostility from Lo Ann and no manager involvement. When I called and demanded a manager I got the lead stylist who was arrogant, rude and told me nothing I said happened really did - in essence calling me a liar. He then contradicted himself by stating Lo Ann doesn't do consultations by herself because she can be difficult to understand. My consultation and corrective appt were all with Lo Ann unsupervised... A $1K investment was down the drain in only 10 weeks which is ridic! So onto a new stylist and salon that takes pride in customer service, full disclosure and not calling their customers liars. My advice - unless the salon is willing to guarantee what they tell you by putting it in writing run for the door!
