I have been going to Joe's for several years. His prices are so low, it is unbelievable. Everyone there is friendly, good is good, prices low, service fast and excellent. If you bring your own bottle, there is not a setup charge. For a great meal at bargain prices, Joe's is the best in Plano. In fact the expensive places are not as good as Joe's. You must be a grumpy if you complained about Joe's.

Customer service is horrible, they are rude and the waitress's lie to save their jobs. We had an incident tonight and the waitress forgot to put the order in on time. Our group of 18 ordered and 2 people ordered about 15 minutes later. The waitress forgot to put their orders in. She finally brought it out as we were all finished eating and our friend refused it, the owner and cook yelled and insulted our friend and she walked out the door. He stood there and continued to argue with us about this after she left. We felt this was uncalled for, we will never go there again. If you want Italian Food, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Consistently good food for a good price. Nice people.

the services is pretty good but the location is not big enough. the food is great. the quality and quantity is to die for. i eat there at least twice a week.

Pastas are great, selection is very good. try the pink sauce, very tasty! Also, try the Chocolate Swril Cheese cake for dessert

Good neighborhood place. Great food, minimal atmosphere, good service. Good for families.
