After calling two other companies to have them come out and fix my gas fireplace, chimney king was able to fix it in an instant. I'd already had a plumber come out, a chimney sweep, an electrician, before I finally found Chimney King. In a very short time our problem was resolved and I was amazed. They explained "it would have been faster had they not had to rewire the fireplace and undo what the previous contractors had done." He also said, "they had bypassed safety switches." The service technician, Kyle, was very professional and knowledgeable and he patiently took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will never use anyone else.
